Aysha Nassar Interiors provides a wide range of services encompassing various aspects of interior design. These services include interior design and interior architecture, where we focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with the client’s vision. Additionally, we offer FF&E design, project management as well as turnkey styling to provide the final touches to a space, curating and arranging accessories, artwork, and decorative elements to bring the design to life. 02. What is the usual timeline for an interior design projects?

The timeline for an interior design project can vary significantly depending on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as factors such as client responsiveness, availability of materials, and coordination with contractors. We provide an estimated timeline in our design proposal, tailored specifically to the project scope, scale, and complexity.

03. Do you offer design services for specific areas or rooms of the house? How much is the minimum requirement?

The minimum requirement we usually take for our projects is for one whole floor up to the entire villa, depending on the scope and scale of the project. We understand that each client has unique needs and preferences, so we strive to provide flexible options that cater to their specific requirements.

04. What is the typical cost structure for your services?

​

To ensure precise project pricing, we rely on the client's plans and detailed information to calculate the cost per square area. We also take into account the scope of work and the client's budget to provide an estimate. Our standard payment terms are structured into four stages, aligning with our design phases. However, we remain flexible and are willing to adjust these terms based on the project's requirements, including factors such as scope, scale, and complexity.

05. Do you take projects outside of the UAE and GCC? How much do you charge for international projects?

Yes, ANI offers international design services. No matter where your project is located, our approach remains the same— providing personalized and tailored design solutions that meet your specific needs.

The pricing structure for our international projects is determined by the overall project scope’s square footage. Additionally, standard sourcing fees are incorporated into the total project cost. Moreover, monthly supervision fees may apply, varying according to the project’s location to account for travel expenses.

06. Do you take design-only projects?

​

​We understand that not every project requires a full-service interior design package, and we are pleased to provide our expertise where it aligns with the client’s project scope, location, and vision for their home.

07. Do you offer consultation services?

​

Yes, ANI offers consultation services for clients who seek guidance for their interior design project but are not ready or able to hire Aysha Nassar Interiors. Our design team will discuss your needs and requirements, provide recommendations and assist you in refining your ideas.
